At our ski resort, we have established discounted ticket categories for ski academies and ski clubs, as well as for their coaches, for group visits of more than ten (10) people. The applicable prices are listed in the price list approved by ETAD S.A. for each ski season.
In addition, we have implemented a fast-service procedure to minimize ticket issuance and collection time.

Requirements for Acceptance of Ski Academies & Clubs

Before the start of the ski season, prior to the first visit to our resort, and in the event of any changes to submitted information, the following documents must be sent to the email address [email protected]:

  • The academy’s or club’s articles of association (including any amendments) currently in force.
  • A nominal list of children–athletes including their ages.
  • A list of ski coaches, who must hold a valid License to Practice as Ski Coaches issued by the General Secretariat of Sports.

Eligibility for Discounted Tickets

  • Compliance with all of the above requirements.
  • Group arrival of ski academies and clubs exceeding ten (10) people.
  • Athletes up to 14 years of age, and athletes over 14 years old holding an official athlete ID card.
  • Coaching contracts with the academy/club, certified by the competent Tax Office (DOY), or employment contracts for the specific days and hours of the visit, with submission of the original SEPE documents (employment – working days – working hours).
  • Support staff and accompanying persons are entitled to a discounted ski-bus category ticket, provided that the total number of tickets exceeds twenty (20).

Note: The minimum limit of ten (10) people does not apply to training visits involving athletes and coaches, provided that all other requirements are met.

Fast Track Ticket Procedure

  • Up to the day before your visit, please contact us by phone to inform us of the estimated number of tickets per category and provide contact phone numbers and email addresses.
  • On the day of the visit, after boarding the buses, you must contact us by phone from 07:30 a.m. to confirm the visit and the exact number of tickets per category, while simultaneously sending an email.
  • You must clearly state the type of receipt required (receipt or invoice), along with full and accurate details (company name, address, profession, VAT number, Tax Office), and the method of payment (cash or card).

Note: Please ensure that phone communication always precedes email correspondence, in order to avoid issues in case of inability to send or receive emails or messages.
